Shipping policy
After you place your order, it will be promptly forwarded to our shipping team for processing. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We use a range of reliable shipping providers, including USPS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and local couriers in your area.
Our current processing time is 1-2 business days.
For standard shipping, the approximate delivery times are as follows:

How do I track my order?
To track your order, simply wait for an email notification from us after your order has been shipped. It will contain a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you do not receive your tracking details within 2 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at support@choosegrounding.com. Kindly provide your name and order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Missing items
In the event that you are missing items from your parcel, please contact us at support@choosegrounding.com. It’s possible that your order may have been split into multiple deliveries. If we determine that an error occurred in fulfilling your order, we will promptly ship out the correct items using express international shipping to rectify the situation.
Refund & Return Policy
90 Day Money Back Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your product, you have 90 days from the day of receipt to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that the item is in good condition , and it must be in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@choosegrounding.com. All refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us. We recommend adding tracking to the shipment. Please keep your tracking number until the refund process has been finished.
To return your items, please email support@choosegrounding.com with your order number and return instructions will be provided.
Faulty/Damaged/Wrong Products
In the event of receiving a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at support@choosegrounding.com, along with your order number. We will gladly replace the defective item free of charge. Kindly include your order number in the email to facilitate the return process.
Cancellation after ordering
If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably before the shipment is dispatched, which usually occurs within 1-2 business days. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to return the item to receive a refund.
Change of Mind / Exchanges
For change of mind or exchanges, please contact us at support@choosegrounding.com within the 90-day money-back period. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind after the 90-day period has elapsed.
Never received
If your order tracking indicates that your shipment has been delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to us within 1 week of the delivery date. We will investigate the situation and may issue a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Regarding return processing time, we aim to complete the process within two days of receiving the returned item. However, during periods of high demand, it may take a bit longer. Additionally, please allow three to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
